A first of its kind Evolve Move Play gathering where 100 people come together to train, camp, and learn in community. Participants choose their own adventure across 5 days of classes with 7 instructors, blending structured tracks with the freedom to follow what calls to them most.

Set on a powerful 28 km lake in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia, Gathering the Tribe takes place on wild land where participants camp together, train outdoors, and reconnect with movement, nature, and each other. The environment itself becomes part of the practice.

From high intensity training to playful exploration, the week is designed to help people move with more adaptability, awareness, confidence, and connection.

  1. 01 Arrival Saturday and Sunday. Opening Circle will be Sunday at 3pm — settle in, meet your tribe, and set the tone for the week.
  2. 02 Spend 5 days training with a rotating group of world-class instructors across five movement disciplines.
  3. 03 Follow a curated track or build your own path — choose classes based on your interests, edge, energy, and curiosity.
  4. 04 Share dinners, campfires, and camp life together each evening — the connections you build here stay with you.
  5. 05 Depart Saturday having trained hard, played hard, and lived well — carrying the culture home with you.

What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes 5 days of movement classes, camping for the full week, 6 catered dinners, and all shared event infrastructure and organization.

Are meals included?

Yes — six catered dinners are included. Breakfast and lunch are not included. You are welcome to bring your own food for those meals.

Is lodging included?

This is a camp-based gathering. Camping for the full week is included in your ticket. You will need to provide your own camping gear and food. There is water and an outdoor kitchen for community use.

Do I need to choose one instructor for the whole week?

No. This is a choose-your-own-adventure format. You can follow a structured track or move freely between instructors and disciplines throughout the week.

Will there be extra fees for any classes?

Some specialty classes may have small additional materials or equipment fees. Where applicable, this will be communicated in advance.

When will the class schedule be released?

The full class schedule will be posted one month before the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund minus a $75 administrative fee per adult ticket up to 6 weeks before the event. Ticket transfers are available up to 2 weeks before the event with a $75 admin fee. Details will be confirmed at time of purchase.
